我公司所提供的泡沫灭火剂在出厂检验过程中，严格按照GB/T15308-2006泡沫灭火剂标准中的各项技术指标和要求执行。在产品的发货时为您提供公安部消防产品合格评定中心出具的中国国家强制性产品认证证书及国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心提供的检验报告、出厂合格证、出具检验报告及消防产品身份信息等。

        我公司确保所提供的产品按照需方要求时间将货物送达到指定地点，如需将泡沫加注到泡沫罐内，我方将随货带上泡沫加注泵，委派技术人员到场指导加注，将泡沫灭火剂加注到泡沫罐内。若客户有其他特殊需求，由双方协调沟通后另行决定。

        产品在质保期内，我公司将委派有关技术人员定期回访接收用户反馈的问题，自交货之日起，每两年进行一次定期免费检验（我方去现场提取样品带回），由我公司质检部门，对此进行检验，出具检验报告并提供产品的储存、合理使用及说明，以备消防验收。

        在设备运行调试中，我公司将协同泡沫设备厂家会同客户相关人员进行技术交流，包括设备正确操作、常见故障排除等有关方面的问题。

        我公司建立有合理的售后服务管理制度，将为您提供周到、及时的售后服务，在接到贵方的电话或传真后尽快给予技术回复，如需到现场解决问题，我方在接到贵方通知后48小时内赶到现场给予解决。

        我公司负责到期后旧泡沫液回收处理工作，向用户发生产品更新通知书，建议用户更换新的泡沫灭火剂，确保产品质量信誉。
